Before and after.. 48 kilos lost

I thought i would share my before and after picture on here for those who are lacking motivation. On the left is me at 114kgs, on the right is me today at 66kgs. I have lost most of this weight just my counting my calories using the myfitness pal app on my phone, i started on 1200 calories and was on that for just over 2 years. I have 10 kgs left to lose and have just upped my calories to 1600 calories recently which is what was recommended to me from my dexa scan results.
