I still have to lose 50 pounds.. just like I did the first time I joined and then the second time when I got back.. Here I am third time round.. I have a little boy (10 months) and I need to be his positive influence, not his lazy mom.. well not lazy, I do not have the time, with a full time job, and no family close by to help out, a husband who works round the clock and well a clingy little 10 month old.. but the least I could do is watch what I eat.. I'm not doing that either.. UGH!! Help.. I wanna lose at least 5 pounds before thanksgiving and 20 before my sons first birthday on the first week of January

Well, you could walk with your child or even play with him like jumping, dancing or etc to loose weight. You could also sweep the floor for hour and burn 240 calories!0

Don't stress over it! Just set a long term goal with some short term goals thrown in and move forward! You got this!0

So you want to lose 5 pounds in the next two weeks and 20 pounds in the next 6 weeks? You might be setting yourself up to have the same lack of success you had before. Whatever you do, examine why you believe you failed the first two times and do something else. I'd suggest a modest and sustainable calorie deficit and the elimination of weight deadlines.

Walking is something I used to try before , the weather is getting colder and its not ideal to take him out in the evenings or early mornings, and I kinda work the rest of the time..I know I know sounds like excuses but what do I do?0 -
Hi - well done for taking the first step to getting back into shape. If its not too cold where you live, make a point of walking with the baby in his buggy every day for half an hour. Or is there a gym nearby with a crèche? Think carefully about what you eat - your child will quickly copy your eating habits so motivate yourself by wanting to be a positive role model. Good luck - and what a beauuuuuutiful baby!0
