I thought i finally figured this thing out.. but now it's reading military time and last night at midnight it didn't change over to the new date... i tried to play with the settings but still same thing. It's showing 13:08 which is 1:08 but i want it to say 1:08 not 13:08. Can anyone help??

There should be something in the settings so you can change it from a 24hr clock to a 12 one.
    Hope that works!

Check the manual, this is set when you first start the watch - it can definitely be reset.

If it's not changing date at midnight, you have the time set 12 hours early / fast. Perhaps you'll find this easier to work out when it's on the 12 hour clock. :)

The little book that comes with it is pretty much a basic get started. Try this user manual:

It's default set to a 24 hour clock, so you have to change it to a 12 hour clock in the settings. It also makes a distinction between am and pm so that it is date switching at midnight. You can go in a change those. Mine was default set to Dutch when I started it so I had to use a translation program to find the right words so I could navigate to the point where I could change the language
