I use EAS phosphagen and i do see the difference on the weeks i cycle off of it0

I tend to use it only when trying to bulk a little since it does make me retain a little water and generally more weight. It does help a little it seems with strength.0

Creatine is a great supplement to use for strength training. Not only does it help give you a little extra energy, but it also helps increase muscle size.
For best results, it is typically recommended to start off with a loading phase.0 -
A tip:
If you use Creatine Monohydrate (the most used) and do not get results after 1-3 weeks you are a hard responder, and must go for TrCreatine Malate.
Best luck!
