If you've never looked at nutrition facts from subway, you should check out the sodium. Everyone thinks Subway is so healthy (and for a fast food place it IS) but just beware of their sodium content. Looks like they have lowered it on some subs though, so go for those if youre watching sodium- which we all should be!

Ive been keeping track of sodium ever since my dads stroke last fall and almost all restaurants have very high sodium inn almost all of their foods. Anything with bread, luncheon/deli meats, cheese (especially processed ones) and pickled items (pickles, olives, jalapenos, banana peppers, etc) will be higher in sodium. I firmly believe that ALL restaurants should have their nutrition information available to the public...most are doing it nowadays though but I wish all of them would.0

Anything from virtually any chain for convenient fast food will add salt to taste. It's just a fact of the business. Salt being the primary source of palatable flavor, businesses will never forgo its abundant use, unless there's a particular restaurant that will allow the consumer the convenience of doing so.0

i have food poisoning right now and i'm pretty sure its my local subway. its pretty well known that their deli meats are not very good and product isn't as healthy as people think. the sodium content is through the roof and one six inch sub covers more than half of your sodium daily intake. i've learned my lesson as i'm laid up right now0
