T-25 and SL5x5?

Hi all,
I am about to start T-25 next week and was wondering if it would be ok to do Stronglifts at the same time. My understanding is that T-25 is mostly cardio so it would not be overly taxing on my muscles to do both, but thought I'd see if anyone who has done either/both of the programs might have some insight.
Thanks!

I used the first workout on this link with good success. I could not do squats 3 times a week and recover significantly. On the 3 day my legs were gassed and my lifts stunk. This one is more balanced. At age 44, if I feel too sore I just take 2 days off and lift every 3rd day.

It's probable but it will wreak havoc on your legs. Doing Squats 3x per week is hard enough. Add in all the leg stuff in T25 and you won't be doing both of them for long.0

I tried and failed. I can't move right to do T25. Adowe is right, it is all the leg stuff.
If you can do both....all power to you.0
