Hi i'm from Swansea in the UK and I joined mfp to help me become stronger and faster and at the same time lose about 10 to 15lb. I just started Krav Maga and I also do Karate and cycle a lot for cardio. I feel that losing a few pounds will help me be faster on my feet which will really help with the martial arts which I want to become better at. Any help and support will be appreciated and I'm always looking for new friends.
