So this is my first time attempting to post pictures. I started my journey in April 2011, and while I haven't constantly been losing, and I haven't yet reached my goal weight I am happy with the changes in my life.
I try to exercise regularly, and enjoy all good food in moderation while using MFP to help me keep everything in moderation.
