I have been a MFP member on and off for nearly six years. I used to use this site as a tool for my eating disorder but now I'm in recovery. I would like to lose some weight in a healthy way and using MFP helps me eat enough calories a day to sustain my exercise
Ideally, I'd like some friends on my feed who lift, do Crossfit or play roller derby!
