what's a good way to calculate?

I was out in the garden today weeding and did a little planting. The only tool I used was a trowel and I was either kneeling or sitting. How can I calculate calories burned? I tried doing a search, but only found gardening - general. I'm not sure if it would be accurate for me as I wasn't standing using a hoe or a rake or anything. I have a hard time calculating any kind of exercise. Right now, I rely on Runkeeper for my walking calories. Thanks for your help!

I found a website called Calorie Count - has anyone used this before - do you know how accurate it is? If it's pretty accurate, I may have found an answer to my own question!!0

Invest in a heart rate monitor. I have a Polar FT4 and I love it.. It was only $69. It has a chest strap...I recommend one with a chest strap. It is not uncomfortable. Ones that don't have chest straps are not accurate. Mine is easy to use. That is the only way you are going to accurately calculate how many calories you burn.0
