    Hmmmm I want to get this done. I know I will do the shred so thats 26 mins.. but than we're moving tomorrow, yes I know I will be lifting boxes up and down stairs - since we are moving from a basement to the second level of an apartment. But I want something that I actually am purposefully doing for exercising. So I guess I'll have to get in a 12 min walk on the treadmill quickly.
