I bought soy protein powder today and was hoping to gather some new recipes to use it with! If anyone has some recipes they would like to share, please do. I'll start the ball rolling with one of my own:
Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Protein Smoothie
1 medium banana
1 cup LF chocolate milk or chocolate soymilk
2 tbsp peanut butter
1-2 scoops soy or whey protein powder (as directed depending on brand)
ice (add to achieve desired consistency)
Blend all items together and enjoy!

OOOOOhoooohhhhh!! HOT protein powder smootie - THAT sounds yummy! Replaces all those lattes we've all given up!0 -
freeze your banana and other fruits and skip the ice cubes.... I also like using some lite fit low fat yogurt in my fruit smoothies with milled flax seed0

I like the Tropicana 50 with vanilla protein powder, 1c almond milk. It tastes like an orange julious. Chocolate with 1tsp peanut butter, 1 bananna, almond milk.0

I have one every morning for breakfast - I've never been able to eat first thing in the morning.
I use Vanilla Designer Whey (100 Cal)
vanilla almond milk (unsweetened - 40 cal)
1/2 a medium banana
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
I put the fruit into my magic bullet cups the night before and throw it in the freezer. In the morning, I add the milk and protein powder in and blend - makes it more thick like a milk shake!
I recently found unsweetened chocolate almond milk - going to experiment with peanut butter and bananas and maybe some strawberries or raspberries...MMMMM!0 -
Green Smoothie
1/2 cup spinach or kale
1banana
1/2 cup fresh pinapple
1 scoop vega protein powder or whey protein powder
1/2 cup almond milk or rice milk
1/4 cup frozen mango slices
blend all together very tasty and nutritious0 -
you should try different types of protein powders on a regular basis because too much soy protein isn't good for you try whey protein or vegan hemp or brown rice protein powders as a change up now and then.0

1 C Plain Yogart
1 C Frozen Mixed Berries
1 C 100% Juice (Apple / White Grape / Berry)
As much ice as needed to reach desired consistency. Blend smooth.
OR
1 C Plain Yogart
1 Frozen Grape Juice Concentrate ( I have also made this with other flavors twisting it up a bit)
As much Ice as it takes to get the consistency where you want it. Blend smooth.0 -
