Hello everyone. I Joined a week ago and I love it. I always had trouble loosing weight and as soon as I started this program, I started to lose weight ! I found out I wasn't eating enough ! My only problem now is getting over the fear that the amount I am eating will put weight on.

I have found that to be the same problem. I saw a nutritionist several years ago and she told me that when she looked at my food log. Later I followed another weight loss plan and when I didn't use my alloted food amounts, I did not lose the weight for that week. I am hoping this helps more. I am finding though, that I do not always eat the alloted number of calories so i am not sure I will lose the weight.0
