Female Weight Lifting?

I have some experience with lifting, I mainly work on arms and legs, but I'm looking to widen my horizon a little bit. Are there any females around here that have work outs (maybe a whole weeks worth) that they would be willing to share? Looking to get toned by summer 2015!

How about 12 weeks?

And there's no reason for women to do different routines than men.

I bench pressed a woman once and got slapped when I said there was no way she was 135#.0

Work your whole body...you will get a whole lot more benefit from doing any kind of full body program vs just working your arms and legs...pretty much you're just wasting your time with that.
Also, men and women don't need to lift differently per sei or do different kinds of programs or whatever...
Lift for realssies and stop messing around...
