I just did a power class at my gym but it doesn't come up in the search results. How do I work out how many calories I've burned for a one hour power?

would help if you define what a " power class" is,and the duration.
i log stretches, crunches etc under calisthenics.
cardio section also has a. strength training option, which sounds the nearest.0 -
I came across this yesterday too. I took a 60 minute group power class at the gym. It's not possible to keep up with how much weight and how many reps to enter. I entered mine as circuit training.0

Calories burned is an estimate at best, but if you're going to need to log it from non-machine work which wouldn't give you that estimate, you might need to look into getting a heart rate monitor.0
