Hey, I'm Cruxie and I've been trying to lose 100 pounds for the past couple years. I actually used to weight 255lb and got down to 215lb by doing zumba and Curves. But I gained some of it back in the last year. The problem is I can't seem to get the motivation to exercise or eat healthy like I had when I originally lost weight. I would love some help getting that motivation and helping motivate others also =]

Hi Cruxie! I know the feeling of not having the motivation to workout. Something I learned about the fitness journey is that it's so much deeper than trying to lose a few pounds. If you don't really dig deep and find the real reasons why you want/need to lose weight, you will always have the yo-yo experience. I would love to help you. I will send you a friend request.

The help you need has to come from "You" Once you want it bad enough you can do it!

^^^ This! I knew "what" I needed to do to drop weight for 10-15 years, and "how" to do it, and had plenty of starts and stalls along the way. What changed for me this time was a solid "why" for doing it ... something I could hold onto for a lifetime. Find your "why", grab hold of it, and don't let it go!
