I have always been curious about certain herbs, and today for lunch my mom made me nigella sativa seed/ black cumin seed paste to eat it with rice as a side dish, she told me its good for health especially during the flu season. Being a med student, I was at first slight sceptical about her claim (even though it has been used as medicine in Middle east and Asia for 1000s of years!) So, I did some research on my own and found an interesting article and thought to share it with you guys for a healthier life.
