I have seen hydrolyzed collagen brought up a few times on a few different message boards pertaining to weight loss and loose skin, so I started to look it up and they are saying some amazing stuff about it. I was wondering if anyone out there has had or heard any real success stories about this. Its suppose to help improve the collagen in skin as well as a number of other different things. Here are a few links for anyone interested in looking into it. I am still skeptical but it sounds promising.

Interesting - sounds just like my Optimum Nutrition Amino Acids that I drink for my pre-workout

I've been takin it for a little while now, before bed and when I wake up. The difference I've seen is that I don't wake up sore like I used to. This might not be a big help to some but for me it lets me get up and workout. Also, my knees don't ache as much as they used to (years of obesity have destroyed my joints).
So basically the hydrolyzed collagen helps me get into a state where I can more comfortably exercise.
