I'm 12 pounds away from my goal weight, would like to be there by the spring at the very latest. I need some help staying motivated and tips to keep myself going when I'm so close to the finish line!

Arrrghhh the last bit is hard right!!! I'm on that bit too, with a few more kilos to lose than you. What I've done recently is up my workouts and added some intervals. Added a bit more strength training. Bought a food scale and started weighing food! Read every sticky on here to remind myself and then wrote down all my fab ideas in a lovely new note book with a new pen!!! Sometimes you just have to have a re look right!!
