Needs NO sugar snacks....

Hey!

I need some no sugar snack ideas to bring my kcals up to the 1200 a day needed without bringing my sugar up which i only have 2grams left of!

Help!!!

    Agree with these suggestions and will add: Nuts, berries, greek yogurt, eggs

    Eggs..... if only they were chocolate eggs.... *sighs*

    yeah I can pick on meat... cook up some chicken but makes me feel like I'm eating for nothing lol

    Almonds is one of my favorite snacks. High in calories, but so good for me. I take a serving when I go to my son's baseball games and slowly munch on them. Very satisfying!

    if you are ok with the natural sugar found in fruit, I'd go for a smoothie. It'll sort the craving & deal with one of your 5-a-day.
