Weight loss/ eating disorder advice

I'm currently 5'10 and 122.6lbs. I eat maybe 60 calories a day and drink about 400 calories through soda or juices. I know i am underweight but all I see is fat. I used to be 198lbs and now that's all I see. I know that i need to eat more but I'm terrified if I eat ore, even the minimum 1200 calories a day I'll just gain weight. I can't workout everyday because of work but I'm in my feet a least 6hrs a day moving often. I just wanted some advice on how to be healthy but get through the eating disorder.
I know being underweight can cause a lot of problems but the scale going up terrifies me.

There is nothing anyone here can do for you.
You need to seek the help of a professional who deals with eating disorders.
You have clearly gone from one extreme to another and are putting your health and your life at risk.0 -
Seek professional help from a specialist. Your post indicates not only an unhealthy intake; but an unhealthy body image, relationship with food, and a current inability to deal with the basics of thermodynamics. You're eating around 1/4 what you need to maintain at a sedentary level.
Your current acts put you on a path for a multitude of permanent health problems.0 -
Hey heather! I just wanted to give you a little insight, i'm fairly young (18) and have struggled with anorexia with bulimic tendencies for about a year and a half. I'm currently in recovery. The name of the game is to NEVER drink your calories. An old "ana buddy" of mine said your body absorbs those calories and you gain from what you drink faster than if you were to eat them. Now time for the other side. You really don't want to do this. I hit my goal weight time and time again and HATED how i looked. I didn't even look good at 108lbs when i told myself i'd be happy at 115lbs. I'm currently 115-120lbs happily and eating 2500 calories a day. I'm currently working on gaining weight and losing inches. The scale may have said i was getting smaller during my ed but im the mirror all i was, was a bunch of jiggly fat because my muscle tone was so poor due to my lack of nutrition. Message me sometime and we can talk? All i'm saying is once the weightloss stops and you're working out hours upon hours a day and abusing laxatives and eating nothing and you're still not looking the way you want you'll probably be frustrated and won't know where to go or who to turn to and it's scary. I highly recommend slowly increasing your calories and strength training i love you, stay safe! Xoxo0

You MUST seek professional help. That is all. You are significantly underweight, to the point that you are threatening your long term health. 400 calories does not even support organ function, and you would be fed more than that if you were on an I.V. Get off the computer and get thee to a professional. Immediately.0
