Just joined - calorie question

Hello everyone, I joined 3 days ago and I'm wondering how to figure calories on homecooked items? So far I have just picked one like "homemade pumpkin spice bread" but it didn't seem like enough calories, is there a way to find out what that recipe included or add my own? If I add my own how do I know how many calories are in each item in the recipe? Thanks

Go to Food > then click on the top where it says "Recipes". You can add your own0

Hi! There's a section for adding recipes, under the "Food" tab. You just type in your ingredients & how many servings, then check everything's matched up properly. After that you can just log it right from your recipes list... If you're using a recipe from the internet it's even easier - just copy & paste the URL of the recipe, match ingredients & check it over before logging it.0

Thanks, I'll try that.0
