awesome workout night

Got to the gym about half an hour before Spin class. So, to warm up, I hit the treadmill. What I ended up doing was running my 1st ever sub-12 minute mile. That may not seem like much, but considering where I've come from, I was stoked.

But that wasn't my workout. That was just my warm-up. My Spin Class instructor did the Tri-athalon in Hawaii, and decided to run the NYC marathon a week ahead of time. Toughest instructor at the gym and my 3rd ever spin class. Not only did I survive, but my Watts were 66% of my weight. (I'm still new to this but I was told as a Newbie, anything over 50 is a good workout).

All in all, I am in a VERY good place right now!!!!!!! Couldn't wait to get home and post about it.
