Hi I'm Jordan I am trying to lose weight because the doctors said I would need a kidney transplant one day. They said they would not do it if I was over weight. I am trying to lose the amount needed so that I can get the Kidney transplant when the time comes. I'm looking for friends on here so we can support one another and meet our goals
