Down 60 pounds almost to goal!! *pics*

It has been a very long and hard journey. I've been working on my healthy lifestyle since January 2010. I've had a lot of ups and downs but the important thing is I stuck with it. I have experimented with lots of different exercises and calorie intake. I have learned a lot. I have been sick so I haven't worked out the past three days and I feel so very guilty. I wanted to post some more pics to help me see my progress and get my butt back into gear. I have one month before my BF takes me to Playa Del Carmen and I need to tone fast! I would love to actually wear a bikini so hopefully I can really get toned by then. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to do that in a month??

wow you have done amazing! I haven't tried it properly myself I want to get closer to my goal weight first but I've seen people get amazing results doing the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. Do a search in the fitness and exercise section for people that have done it. Bet of luck and and enjoy the hols0

I exercise 5-6 times a week for 60-90 minutes. I have been counting calories for over a year now as well. I make better choices and occasionally indulge in sweets, ribeye's and other things I shouldn't. It keeps me sane. The key is consistency and determination. I have chosen to have a healthy lifestyle and I will never go back.0 -
