I am off to a good start. Just weighed in Lost 4 lbs. Now the hard part begins. I realize that I have to stay on track . That's the hard part for me wish me luck.

Just remember If it were easy everyone would be doing this! I gained 20lbs back because I just flat screwed up, so now I'm starting over and going to stick with it!0
