Most of my workouts involve cross country hiking & walking, so I like uptempo faster songs usually.

    I don't necessarily have a playlist, as I just let my ipod shuffle through my tracks. This morning I got some Combichrist, Angelspit, Ministry (thieves, specifically), glitch mob, death grips, Ladytron and skinny puppy.

    it is nice to see someone else with somewhat similar music taste. I grow tired of all the hip/hop and contemporary radio hit suggestions.

    @lohkin, I am venturing into electronic music really for the first time in my life. I grew up listening to punk and later drifted into deathrock & gothic rock. I just didn't get oontzy music for a long time, but I am becoming bored with my old standbys... especially as I listen to more of it during workouts.

    Can you suggest a couple bands similar to VNV and Deine Lakaien I could look out for?

    Thanks! Yeah, I started dieting a month ago and joined MFP a couple weeks after. All of this, the calorie counting, everything is new.

    For me its anything by VNV, Combichrist, Samael or KMFDM, 'Final Dictvm' by Motionless In White, 'Pong' by Eisenfunk and loads more I can't think of right now :smiley:
