Hey guys New here to the message board thing, but I have had this app for a while . I have fallen off the wagon for the last time i hope. Joining here to try and stay accountable and get motivation to stay at it.

    I started again last May.. stuck to it with a plan and now .. here I am at goal FINALLY.. you can do it! Be honest with your log and think about what substitutions you can make when you see choices that look a little too expensive (in calories or carbs in my case) Find little tasks to do when you feel like eating (my main activity in life prior to this) The holidays are hard, but be in charge of what goes in your tummy!
