This guy has the right attitude! Loose skin terrifies me but with the right attitude it can be dealt with.

Yeh, that was definitely brave! A lot of people have no idea about potential loose skin problems after loosing weight, so his video going viral is a big deal.0 -
Great video. Much props to him for being so honest and open about his weight loss journey. He seems very sweet and motivating. It's a lot easier to hide excess skin than excess fat.0

The loose skin is like a battle scar. It shows his hard work and dedication, which is admirable and inspiring. Same with this woman whose photos were rejected from "Shape" magazine:
