Hi everyone!!
I'm 23 years old & have been trying to lose weight for YEARS. Time & time again, I tell myself I'm going to change, but I never do. I do really well for about 2-3 weeks & then I have a bad day or get off track a little bit & just give up. I do really well with working out--I love staying active & going to the gym. My biggest weakness is FOOD!...candy, fast food, desserts, cheese, carbs...you name it, I love to eat it. I'm really hoping that joining my fitness pal & having to log everything I put into my mouth will help me stay on track.
Please add me! Encourage & motivate me & I'll do the same for you!! We are all in this together & WE CAN DO IT!!

Welcome! It's so easy to get off track, and fall into the 'all or nothing' mentality where food is concerned, I know. You sure CAN do this, my friend, by taking baby steps towards reaching goal every day. If you are a sweets junkie, try making a nice fresh fruit salad to satisfy you instead..........it can work wonders. And if you have a bad day, just hop right back on the wagon tomorrow.
Best of luck!0 -
feel free to add me!0

The thing I had to get through my thick skull is that this is NOT a "diet" - it's a way of living. We don't get fat from eating a pizza one day, and we don't get thin from eating a salad one day. It's just an ongoing commitment to paying attention to what we eat, and how we move our bodies. Less of one, more of the other and eventually it all works.0

Sounds like you're describing me: exercise on a regular basis but LOVE junk food. Yep, I know the feeling.
Anyway, yeah I welcome motivation and do my best to give it when I can. You're welcome to add me if you like.0
