Hello everyone I have a couple quick questions. I'm recently on a dreadful cut from the dumbest dirty bulk ever and lost all my muscle gain in the process. I'm doing strong lifts now and progressing
well for being on a deficit. My question is what is my bf estimated. I can't tell if that's more fat or bloating. Also should I keep cutting and become a skinny mess with a six pack then bulk or reverse diet to a clean bulk? Please help!!!!!!

Ok if those are your current pictures I would guess you are around 10-12% but you should probably buy a cheap pair of calipers, they are only like $8 on amazon. It depends on your preference on when to stop cutting and start bulking but I would personally start reverse dieting if I were you, you wont gain much weight in the process and that will recharge your metabolism to cut at a higher calorie level0

I'd put you at 13-14% based on the lower gut and hip/sides you have going on. Looks like that is where you carry your weight. Were you a larger guy at some point? Jealous of your genetics when it comes to your chest muscle shape though. Will look pretty sick when you get your lower stomach in check.
If I were in your shoes then I would clean bulk for the next couple of months through winter (and awesome holiday foods) then start a cut early Feb to get you ready for late spring/summer. Just my 2 cents.0 -
Well I was only 161 when I started dirty bulking and got up to 194, but looked terrible. I have been trying furiously to get rid of the lower gut and sides but nothing seems to be working. I have taken away calories, did extra cardio, and cut carbs. Not sure if it's bloating. Right now I'm doing strong lifts 3x a week and cardio once. Would lose this extra weight on a reverse diet?0
