Ok I have been on this I have lost almost 20 pounds, about 3 inches from my waist,and have gone from a size 16w to a size14. The two best things that have happened to me this month well in April is that I can finally sleep on my stomach again and the person across the street said hey you your half your size. It made me feel great that someone other than my wonderful son and hubby noticed. Boy do I really love this site, the support from others sure keeps me going. Thanks a bunch and happy May Day

    Ok so this might sound stupid but what does NSV mean? I have seen it all over the site but have no idea what it is.
