what are some ideas for a 14 -15 yr old to get some exercise everyday.. (i dont know if i spelled that right )

    Have them join a sport at school.
    Get them a Wii or 360 with Kinect.
    Play tag with them? Kids still like tag, right?
    Take them to an arcade and play DDR for a while.

    I have no idea.

    Walking more instead of driving in the car, going on family hikes, or bike rides. Join a swim team or go to the pool. Take up a school sport or a sport as a hobby.

    Same thing as for an adult...
    exercise DVD's, walk/jog/run around the block (if my son wants french fries or has been inside all day he has to run around the park 4 times). hike, organized sports, plant a garden, mow the lawn, go to the track after school, ride the bike, offer to play with some smaller kids, ask to be dropped off 1-2 blocks away from school...
