Needing a little more motivation (pics)

So, in the last month, I've been pretty careful about my eating habits as well as doing a lot of yoga and more walking. The numbers on the scale, however, have been going up which is frustrating. So this morning I decided to take some progress pictures and I think I may have toned up a bit (hoping some weight increase is then from muscle gain). Anyway, still feeling a little unmotivated and would love some extra support! Also, tips to re-boost weight loss progress or just anything would be much appreciated

    Never mind the scale you have definitely toned up and you're looking leaner!! Whatever you're doing it's working! :)

    If you that bothered by the scales, then there are scales out there which measure fat % and muscle (if I remember correctly) - get yourself some and see if this shows anything that can motivate you.
    Might be worth seeing if anyone you know has some before forking out if you want to try them first.
    Taking body measurements like waist and hips can help also, if you are toning up you should see a difference.
