We are having our work Thanksgiving luncheon on Friday and everyone is bringing in desserts. So, there is going to be a crap ton of bad food around. I want to bring in a dessert too, but a healthier one. Any suggestions? Someone has already signed up for something pumpkin and something apple, so I would like to go with something different.

You should be considerate of your co workers and bring in the best tasting dessert that you can, which is gonna mean an "unhealthy" one

Maybe a trifle with angel food cake and layers of fruit, whipped cream, yogurt or low fat pudding?

Fruit pizza with a sugar cookie base, red. fat cream cheese and fresh fruit?

Meringues? Some people call them forgotten cookies they are just egg whites and sugar. I have seen them in different flavors so you could make a tray of small bites.

Considering almost of them are bringing "unhealthy" ones, I don't think anyone is going to be disappointed. If they don't want to eat it, they don't have to. I deserve a tasty dessert too, without using all of my daily calories!

The fruit pizza sounds good, I don't know how healthy it would be, but still sounds good and not as bad as other alternatives!

PS: it's gluten free, dairy free and sugar free (stevia version) I know it sounds crazy but it was EPIC
