Exercise Success!!

When I began my weight loss journey I was pretty determined to run as my main form of working out. At first, I wasn't able to jog more than 2 minutes before being wiped out. I am happy to say that I am able to run 38 minutes without stopping!!!! It's slow (5mph), but I couldn't be more proud of myself for my determination.
