What is your definition of decent (like how much protein per serving are you looking for)? There are "protein cereals" from Kashi and Special K that have about 7-10g of protein per serving.
Or you could just add a spoonful or two of protein powder to whatever cereal you choose in order to get a boost that way.

Kashi go lean crunch. I like the honey almond flax. 10 grams of protein - add another 9 grams from a cup of milk.0

Oatmeal has 26g protein per cup.0

Beef cereal0

One of my staples is Kind Healthy Grains Fruit & Nut Clusters, 10g protein per serving, 200 calories. I mix it with yogurt, fruit, and protein powder.0

Most of the Kashi cereals. And Post Great Grains.

What?!

Unless you've got some really special oatmeal, that's not true at all. 26g of carbs, 5.5g of protein. It's not made of beef and eggs.

My mistake... Here is where I found my info. What a huge difference! No wonder, I didn't even see that the source was the famed Wikipedia. Proof the internet lies.

Easiest way to add protein to any cereal would just to be to make a protein shake with milk, and add it in.
I use chocolate flavored protein, so it's like eating my cereal with chocolate milk.0 -
There aren't really any breakfast cereals with a decent amount of protein in them. Even the Kashi GoLean, which advertises itself as high protein, only has 9 grams.0

Most boxed cereals are garbage. Far better to make your own with steel-cut oats, some seeds and nuts, etc. Eliminates all the unnecessary sugar, sodium, preservatives and other garbage that goes into processed cereals to make them palatable.
Try this:
1/2 cup Quaker natural raw oatmeal
1 scoop whey protein powder
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
delicious, nutritious and clean.0 -

Contains protein powder. Not clean. This is a very highly processed product you are proposing.0 -

FDA describes all three of those ingredients as processed0
