What is wrong with my body?

I know this isn't the best topic to post this but recently I've become concerned about a part of my torso. I know I've always had it but I've never really thought about it or anything until now when I was looking over my self assessment photos because I've been exercising daily and I wanted to see if there was any change. I've been thinking about going to a doctor but I don't think it's really anything serious despite my friend telling me that it looks like I'm missing a rib... Which would totally suck. I've got this strange indent line that's only on one side of my body, below/on/near my ribs. I've never felt any pain or discomfort at all and I'm pretty sure I've had this my entire life. I've pretty much been the same size my entire life. I'm starting to think maybe it's something to do with the amount of fat on that side of my body compared to the other side which I have no idea how that could have occurred but I really hope it's nothing serious. And now I will provide for you some photos:
The severity of the way my strange line appears depends on the lighting as you can see in the photos.
Also I'm sorry if the image is too large, I don't know the size restrictions. Thanks for giving my strange little story a read!

Since you've always had it, and since it doesn't cause pain, it's probably nothing to worry about but if it causes you anxiety, make an appointment with your PCM and check it out. Could be a difference in musculature, could be missing a rib (this is not uncommon), or any other number of things.0

I have something similar, two of my ribs stick out on my left side, according to my doctor it's just the shape of my bones…It doesn't bother me at all - also because until I started using myfitnesspal the bump was nicely wrapped in a layer of fat and I had forgotten about it LOL! Now it reminds me that I am losing weight :-)! Have it checked and put your mind at rest.0

You might of torn something in the past, and it may be a little scar tissue. This can happen.0

If you mean that sort of hole shape under your breasts on your right side , I don't think its anything wrong. I got the exact same thing on my left side and when I lost weight I loved it. Looks cute0

I don't ever remember tearing anything or experiencing any sort of pain in that area in my life but I suppose it could be anything. Thanks for the responses everyone I think I'll see my doctor. If anyone else has any ideas, feel free to share.0
