Lost 48lbs total, another 38 to go to be at my ideal weight. I'm really enjoying cooking fresh, healthy meals from scratch for myself and my family. Some days I even struggle to reach my calorie allowance. I'm filling up on fruit and veg and high fibre foods, but still allowing myself a daily treat, and giving myself a cheat meal for special occasions. I figure this is for life, so has to be realistic, something I can stick with without being deprived, which leads to binging. Working so far, just hope I can stay on track. I don't want to slip back to the person I was before, I wouldn't even think of eating some of things I did before. I'm feeding my family healthy, delicious and nutritious meals, and I want them to be healthy too.....in this for the long haul.
