200 SIDE KNEE LIFTS
Here’s how to do them:

One hundred on the right and one hundred on the left. If you want to take it up a notch, use a resistance band tied around your ankles (or you could use ankle weights). Make sure to alternate legs.
Super Challenge Option: Immediately after you finish the knee lifts, go straight into 100 squats.
Post once to accept and post back once you’re finished.

Done! I broke them up and worked in the squats between sets. Thanks for the challenge!0

Done. I also did them in sets. Of 50, with kettlebell woodchoppers in between. I did not use a resistance band because I couldn't quite figure out how to use it. I'm so uncoordinated!0

Well, I did squats yesterday, but I reckon I could fit in a the side knee lifts today.0
