Good morning
I recen;t had foot surgery (3 weeks ago) and still can't wear a shoe. I am finding it a little difficult to get in some cardio and of course I have put on a few pomfds in my recovery Any suggestions would be most welcome
Hugs, Kristine

What did the doctor tell you for dos and do nots, as well as recovery time? If you are allowed to be active on that foot, just wear flip flops to the gym. Cycle machines and ellipticals really don't require any special shoes. Also lifting weights while on benches, and using weight machines would be healthy too.0

I would NOT wear flip flops to the gym, especially with a recent surgical wound!! Try upper body cardio like shadowboxing with light weights.0

I am in a special ortho shoe and flip flops are nout. LOL. I like the shadow boxing idea with some light weights. Thank you0
