WOW....1st time I actually weighed my chicken breasts and 1 is 8.4 oz....so...I cut a bit off and now it's down to 4.7. Avg is about 4oz. So that's a start. lol

How can I measure my Kraft mac and cheese tonight once cooked? cook it, then place into a bowl to get what I need, or use a measuring cup, as it says 1 cup cooked. My scale does OZ. thanks in advance. =)

I always go with weight. But if you can't, go with 1 cup.

And even then the fluid has to have a similar density to water.

For packaged things like mac and cheese, I weigh the entire prepared amount and then weigh my serving. I then divide my serving weight by the total weight and enter that as the serving of the "whole box prepared".
