Yesterday, my sister-in-law got married and I was Matron of Honor. I just wanted to share a quick comparison pic from the last time I was in a wedding in 2008. I still have 60-70 more lbs I'd like to lose, but I am SO proud of myself

I started my journey the Monday following the first wedding, which was October 20, 2008. I was wearing size 28 and 3-4X, depending on the article of clothing. I started off just focusing on my food habits and lost 25 lbs without exercise. Once I plateaued out, I knew I had to start sweating and began exercising 1-3 days a week. Now I workout 5-6 days a week and keep my calories between 1200-1500 a day, depending on how many calories I burn.0 -
