Hey there.I was just wondering if there are any successful stories about losing weight with diet pills.I am currently 176lbs and already lost 8lbs by cutting off sugar and doing yoga classes.Still,I often put on weight because of binge eating,so I need some pills that'd keep me on track. Thanks

Prepare for Bam-Bam Rubble to come and club you. People get really worked up around here about sugar and diet pills, lol.
The non-prescription diet pills don't work, but someone is bound to say they do. The prescription ones can have some serious side effects, so talk with the doctor about those before taking them.
Try to eat more healthy foods to keep you full so that you don't binge. If your eating seems out of your control, consider seeing a therapist who specializes in eating disorders. Even if you don't have one, they can help you work through your issues with food.

I still believe that it depends on how your body would react. There are diet pills that don't work to some. Also, it might have a negative effect because you don't know where these fats go as you lose weight. So chances are, you'll gain back that weigh or even gain more. Stick with a healthy diet and exercise. Take vitamins or supplements to sustain nutrients in your body.0

OP, if you have a binging issue, then diet pills (even if they work), aren't a viable solution for your long-term weight loss goals, as you can't rely on them to "keep you on track" your whole life. Do try to work on getting proper nutrition that fits your daily calorie intake, create a healthy relationship with food, and work on your willpower. Try to determine why you binge eat. It could be emotional, you could be eating too little each day, et cetera. Cutting out sugar also cannot make you miraculously lose weight, unless you create a deficit, in which case, your weight loss will still only be attributed to said deficit. So try not to eliminate certain types of food, unless you have a prevailing medical condition that compels you to do so. Good luck, OP!0
