    ER without a pharmacy.

    Seems legit. Go to the urgent care. Don't waste the ER's time with a non-emergency issue.

    Just hit the Nextcare in Shelby. If you can wait overnight because a pharmacy is closed, you can brave a 25 mile drive to go to an urgentcare.

    Well all day yesterday I was fine. No pain, no nausea. If it was a stone, it must have been small and I passed it when I was in pain and throwing up. If it wasn't, well it's gone now. I didn't go to the ER or anywhere else. If it happens again, I will go immediately. Thanks for all your concern and comments.
