It's a new month with new beginnings, a great way to start fresh. My goals are to incorporate more fish per week and try something new at the gym , like zumba.

Get closer to my weight loss goal, and be able to comfortably run 10k by the end of the month. I can do five miles now, so adding another 1.2 shouldn't be hard.0

I am only about 3 pounds away! I have really slowed down/not been as careful the last couple weeks with exams going on. But now I have no excuse.

drink more water 100oz a day,
no late night eating,
lose 10lbs in May
not to beat myself up if I don't meet all my goals.

Drink more water... every day.. week days are easy, but I never get enough water on weekends!
Eat better. I'm pretty good at sticking to my calories but a lot of those end up being junk food.
Get more iron! I have a bit of an iron deficiency & I struggle to get enough iron when I'm dieting.
Lose 5-10 pounds.
Work out at least 5 days a week.0 -
I want to try and lose 10lbs this month
Watch my salt intake - today I did well0 -
10 lbs gone....
Walk 100 miles...treadmill or road
be able to run one and half miles in 16 mins0 -
start tracking my calories AGAIN,
get off the soda AGAIN,
use my treadmill 3x a week, (again),
and last but not least...
START THIS CHANGE AND NOT STOP!!!
this is a vicious cycle and quite frankly... i'm sick of it. lol0 -
No binging.
Staying within calories.
It's Finals month so we'll see.0 -
Well. I want to at least maintain my weight. I hit my goal weight and after soul searching have decided I think I'm comfortable here. So, now I want to learn how to maintain it.
I want to try and up gym time. I am recovering from a fall on the ice that resulted in a bulging disc in my lower spine. I've been TRYING to build back up to where I was pre-fall at the gym. It's a slooow road. I want to try and get my mile UNDER 10 mins!
Oh and to drink more water - everyday. No excuses. I know I need more water.0 -
Awesome goals guys, thanks for sharing. I believe in you all!0

I'd like to try eating more "whole" foods & less processed junk foods--even the sugar free variety. I'm going to be switching antidepressants to one that should make my weight loss a little bit easier, so we'll see...Hope to lose 8-10 pounds in May. No more Splenda in my diet (doctor agreed can cause more sugar cravings!) & bought some agave nectar to try in hot oatmeal, etc. More fruits & veggies in my diet & hope to continue with the exercise (if my hip will cooperate).0
