I thought we could all share Tips on here for easier and faster ways to peel skin slice and dice...

Peeling Soft fruits such as mango kiwi and avacado.. slice in half, take a glass tumbler in one hand and a half of the fruit in the other with the skin to your skin in your palm, slide back the skin and push hard down against on the edge of the glass sliding the skin off, so the glass peels the skin and the fruit drops into the glass.

For kiwis and avocados, I cut them in half and just eat them with a spoon, scooping out the innards.

avocado- cut in half remove the pit- use a pilsner glass and press the avocado skin against the edge- the meat falls right into the glass.

    easy peasy.

I am old school... I scoop out my avo with a spoon, peel my bananas with my hands, and use knives for kiwi and mango.

I think I read it on "food hacks" (mostly disappointing read honestly- but funny story...
    - after I read it- and we were doing "taco's" or whatever... I bought avacado for him- and he went to peel- slice or whatever- and I hastily shoved him out of the way and said WAIT... WATCH THIS!!!!

proceeded to use the glass trick- and he was like- Oh you think you're special... and we went back to making quac. He wasn't as impressed as I was. LMAO.

I have never tried using a spoon on a hard boiled egg- I peel them all the time- well if I did a good job making them- if they dont' peel- I just throw them away. So not worth the effort.

Last time I did a rabbit, I cut the skin around all 4 feet, then a cut along the rear legs across the area between *kitten* and genitals, (it was a buck), separated the skin from the rear legs.

Rear feat in one hand, skin in the other, pull apart. Came off like a sleeve.

Full (new) container of Heinz 57 ketchup, place on an angle, find the 57 on the side, and hit the '57' a few times. Ketchup comes right out. Assuming glass container. . . . .works like a charm.
