Playlists
Howdy MyFitnessPal folks.
Just writing to see what people listen to when they workout. I need a fast or aggressive beat to the music, just curious what way others go. The songs are in the order they happen to be in today, since I just load them onto my Zune and the have it shuffle...

Never Gonna Stop (The Red, Red Kroovy) - Rob Zombie
Indestructable - Disturbed
Thunderstruck - AC/DC
Stop the Rock - Apollo 440
Down With the Sickness - Disturbed
Ace of Spades - Motorhead

You're the Best Around - Karate Kid Soundtrack
Let's Work Together - Canned Heat

To Victory (Phillip Steir's Sacrifice for Sparta Remix) - 300 Soundtrack
Feel So Numb - Rob Zombie

I found a great song recently.
Its called ITS NOT OVER by a group called Carolina Liar. i listen to it many days while I exercise.
I also listen to many other up beat songs from Third Eye Blind, Stone Temple Pilots and others.
What I was wondering was, are there any songs that motivate you or get you to become more active?
I like songs from Akon and Sarah McLachlan. My list is also very varied.0 -
