Need advice

Hi everyone,
I'm looking for a bit of help from the community in regards to my results. I started working out again in July and started MFP in Oct. I have lost 6 pounds since July, but since I started MFP I have only lost 1 pound. I am wondering if anyone can give me advice on how to accelerate my weight loss a bit. Based on my diet and exercise, is there anything that I can be doing better? I don't weigh or measure my intake, so I may be underestimating my consumption. I am going to start measuring and weighing soon.
I feel that I have been doing well at eating less and exercising more but I am confused as to why I haven't been seeing results since I started MFP. I was 206 lbs in July and hadn't worked out regularly in close to a year. Since I started working out in July, I have seen a visual difference and a 6 pound loss, but I am confused why the weight loss hasn't continued since I started actually tracking my intake in Oct.
If and when anyone sees what I could be doing better, it would really help. I live in the North of Canada so my food and exercise options are limited. But I am looking for any help I can get.
Cheers to everyone and thanks in advance

You could be underestimating your intake and over estimateing your exercise calories. Also when you first start exercising, especially strenghth training, your body will retain water. This will go away as you get stronger.0

This is your answer right here. Buy a food scale ASAP.0 -
Forget the food scale, just reduce what you think you're eating.0

This seems illogical to continue to guess intake, rather than just buying a food scale and eliminating the gray area of "maybe I'm in a deficit". Just saying.0
