Hi everyone! I was just curious about what everybody's favourite healthy and low calorie comfort food is! :)
mine are: homemade miso soup, frozen fruit, sesame wakame salad, and homemade jello (not the instant store- bought kind that is loaded with sugar, but the kind where u buy some pure gelatin or agar and add everything else by yourself)

Have an awesome night!

-Christine

Options hot chocolate (mix the dry powder with a splash of milk first to make the drink frothy) for about 60 calories including milk <3

Homemade baked fries, mashed cauliflower (made the right way I find it actually better than mashed potatoes). For sweets all I got is Healthy Choice frozen Greek yogurt cups and chocolate covered hazelnuts. Haven't found anything else that's really satisfying for low calories.

Leftover Halloween candy! Most mini chocolate bars are only 40-60 cals and totally take the edge off my sweet cravings.

Hail Merry Tarts and Macaroons, homemade yogurt, my own hot cocoa mix...current fave is cheezy jalapeno cauliflower mash, so YUM! I also save "room" for a small portion of GOOD dark chocolate every single day.

air popped popcorn or I'll put my greek yogurt in the freezer for about 30 minutes and when you take it out it has the consistency of frozen yogurt so I don't miss ice cream at all!
  • Chocolate dessert (yes I know, BUT... I make it with plain tofu, raw cacao powder and a few dates or agave syrup. Delicious and a great source of protein! + raw cacao is actually good for you, as opposed to chocolate!)
