Hi everyone! I was just curious about what everybody's favourite healthy and low calorie comfort food is! ![:) :)](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/smile.png)
mine are: homemade miso soup, frozen fruit, sesame wakame salad, and homemade jello (not the instant store- bought kind that is loaded with sugar, but the kind where u buy some pure gelatin or agar and add everything else by yourself)
Have an awesome night!

Homemade baked fries, mashed cauliflower (made the right way I find it actually better than mashed potatoes). For sweets all I got is Healthy Choice frozen Greek yogurt cups and chocolate covered hazelnuts. Haven't found anything else that's really satisfying for low calories.0
